BIYT: A Practical Skills Building Group
The August through December 2023 sessions focus on DBT skills building. This group teaches you skills to increase your ability, confidence, and belief that you can control your life, reactions, and emotions.
2023 dates:
August 3rd, 17th, 31st,
September 14th, 28th,
October 12th, 26th;
November 9th; and
December 7th.
A firm commitment to attend all sessions is required.
RAW: Respecting Anger in Women: A Skills & Support Group
This group provides you support as you explore your emotions, including anger and anxiety, as well as situations that provoke your emotions. You will have the support of others who have similar experiences to share. Skills will also be introduced and applied to the situations you bring to group.

September 7th, 21st,
October 5th, 19th
November 2nd, 16th, 30th, and
December 14th.
