RAW: Respecting Anger in Women: A Skills & Support Group
This group provides you support as you explore your emotions, including anger and anxiety, as well as situations that provoke your emotions. You will have the support of others who have similar experiences to share. Skills will also be introduced and applied to the situations you bring to group.

BIYT: A Practical Skills Building Group
The September through December sessions focus on skills building. DBT skills include:
Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance.
This group teaches you skills to increase your ability, confidence, and belief that you can control your life, reactions, and emotions.

This group is for existing clients. This group utilizes ACT and The Confidence Gap book.
It will also include EFT skills integration.

Life with Chronic Pain: An Acceptance-based Approach
This is an psycho-education (learning) group where skills are built to assist you in learning to live the fullest life possible, with your chronic pain. There is work to complete in/at/between each Session, a firm commitment to "doing the work" is required. Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) is the modality used. NO MEDICATION IS PRESCRIBED.
How to Facilitate an Effective Group:
Group skills training for professional facilitators who want to invest in and improve their group facilitation skills.
This is an experiential training where you will begin to apply group facilitation skills immediately and throughout to enrich, strengthen, and improve your group skills.
A firm commitment to attend all sessions is required.
