BIYT: A Practical Skills Building Group

The February through June 2024 sessions focus on DBT skills building. This group teaches you skills to increase your ability, confidence, and belief that you can control your life, reactions, and emotions. 

2024 dates:

February 1st, 15th, 29th,

March 28th,

April 11th, 25th;

May 9th, 23rd,

June 6th, and 20th.

A firm commitment to attend all sessions is required.

RAW: Respecting Anger in Women: A Skills & Support Group

This group provides you support as you explore your emotions, including anger and anxiety, as well as situations that provoke your emotions. You will have the support of others who have similar experiences to share. Skills will also be introduced and applied to the situations you bring to group. 

2024 dates:

August 8th, 22nd,

September 5th, 19th,

October 3rd, 17th, (NO group on the 31st),

November 7th, 21st,

December 5th, and 19th.

A firm commitment to attend all sessions is required.

#Me: A Process & Support Group

This group is by invitation only for existing clients. The February through June 2024 sessions will continue working in The Confidence Gap, and will include EFT skills integration. A firm commitment to attend all sessions is required.
