This group teaches you skills to increase your ability and confidence and belief that you can control your life, reactions, and emotions.
RAW: Respecting Anger in Women: A Skills & Support Group
This group provides you support as you explore your emotions, including anger and anxiety, as well as situations that provoke your emotions. You will have the support of others who have similar experiences to share. Skills will also be introduced and applied to the situations you bring to group.
