BIYT: A Practical Skills Building Group

The September through December 2024 sessions focus on skills building. DBT skills include:

Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance.

This group teaches you skills to increase your ability, confidence, and belief that you can control your life, reactions, and emotions. 

2024 Dates:

September 19th,

October 10th, 17th, (members will decide about group on the 31st),

November 7th, 21st,

December 5th, and 19th.

A firm commitment to attend all sessions is required.

RAW: Respecting Anger in Women: A Skills & Support Group

This group provides you support as you explore your emotions, including anger and anxiety, as well as situations that provoke your emotions. You will have the support of others who have similar experiences to share. Skills will also be introduced and applied to the situations you bring to group. 

2025 dates:

January 9th, 23rd

February 6th, 20th

March 6th, 20th,

April 3rd, 17th, 28th

May 15th, and 29th.

A firm commitment to attend all sessions is required.

#Me: A Process & Support Group

This group is for existing clients. The August through September 2024 sessions will complete working in The Confidence Gap, and will include EFT skills integration.

2024 Dates:

August 8th; chapters 18-19,

August 22nd, chapters 20-21

September 5th. Chapters 22-23.

A firm commitment to attend all sessions is required.
